Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management system of counseling services in developing the potential of students at MAN 3 Kediri. Guidance and counseling are assistance services for students, either individually or in groups, so that they are able to be independent and develop optimally in the field of developing personal, social life, learning abilities, and career roles, through various types of services and supporting activities based on norms. applicable. This research is a qualitative research with research informants of Guidance Counseling and Guidance Teachers at MAN 3 Kediri. With data collection techniques observation, interviews, and documentation using SWOT analysis. The results of this study include planning in the form of an analysis of student needs such as interests, weaknesses and strengths of the next student, closed to prepare for the plan. Organizing in the form of collaborating with the PIK R Institute (Adolescent Information and Counseling Center) and the school only prepares its students. Implementation in the form of activities to find out the interests, strengths and weaknesses of students can run smoothly as planned. Control in the form of delivering the results of the activities of the PIK R institution remains with the supervision of counseling guidance teachers and school principals.
