Abstract
Developments in the global era like this one of effective learning using Information Technology provides a lot of knowledge to students in remembering subject matter in the form of pictures and videos will be disseminated to the media using information technology also helps teachers who are at the forefront of educational work, can develop learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) using information technology systems in the era of globalization in Indonesia. Approach This research uses a qualitative research approach. This qualitative research tries to place the data obtained in the form of descriptive analysis. The purpose of this research is to find: 1) planning of information technology-based learning programs, 2) implementation of information technology-based learning programs 3) evaluation of information technology-based learning 4) information technology-based learning outcomes. The results of this study are teachers in learning management, students carry out learning with Information Technology media while the Madrasah principal controls and monitors the implementation of Information Technology learning management programs, in the evaluation aspect of Information Technology-based programs, cooperative learning programs between madrasa principals, teachers and students with reference to the instrument certain activities are carried out every year, results-based learning programs in the field of Information Technology, there is an increase in professionalism in the ongoing learning process. Learning support facilities in accordance with the ratio of the number of students. The recommendations of this research are: to the Head of Madrasah and teachers and students to increase the dimensions of competence that must be attached to Madrasah principals and teachers, to increase honesty. The government is expected to develop Madrasahs in Indonesia based on information technology, so that all teachers are trained in carrying out the learning process using Information Technology as a whole.
