Abstract

The development of science and technology has a very strong impact on human resource management, so it is necessary to develop human resources that are adapted to the demands of the times. Therefore, to create high-productivity human resources, extensive knowledge of the development of science and technology is needed. Educational institutions need competent human resources to be able to realize the desired educational goals. Madrasas as a place to create the nation's generation must have competent and professional resources, because then quality graduates will be produced. This research aims to describe; a) Planning steps for developing Human Resources at MTs At-Taqwa Bondowoso; b) Methods for developing Human Resources at MTs At-Taqwa Bondowoso; c) Results of the development of Human Resources at MTs At-Taqwa Bondowoso. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research. In collecting data, researchers used methods: interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used was Milles and Huberman's Interactive Model Analysis, namely; Data Condensation, Data Collection, Data Display, Conclusion. The results of this study are Human Resource Development in At-Taqwa Bondowoso Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) by: The steps for developing human resources for educators and educational staff are; a) Develop program/development planning, which consists of performance analysis, needs analysis, resource analysis; b) Determination of needs; c) Determination of the Program; d) Program Implementation, and; e) Evaluation of Program Implementation. The Human Resource Development Method at MTs At-Taqwa Bondowoso uses two methods namely; 1) on the job training consisting of; a) Position Rotation; b) Training (training); c) Guidance/ Counseling; d) Job Instructor Training, 2) off the job training, among others; a) Education; b) Workshops and ; c) MGMP (Subject Teacher Consultation). The results of the human resource development program for educators and education staff at MTs At-Taqwa Bondowoso are: a) the school climate and culture are more conducive; b) There are Graduate Quality standards, and ; c) Increasing the potential and performance of Educators.
