Abstract

This article discusses Madrasah Digitization as a Marketing Strategy for Educational Services at the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang. So there are three problems that become the main study in this study, that is: First: How is the preparation for the application of Madrasah digitization at MAN Sampang?. Second: How is the use of madrasah digitization as a marketing strategy for education services at MAN Sampang?. Third: What are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of Madrasah Digitalization as a Marketing Strategy for Education Services at MAN Sampang? This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The types of this research are field research (Field Research), Sources of data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants are the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Operators, Teachers, Students and the Community. The results showed that: First: Preparation for the Implementation of Digitization in MAN Sampang, namely by forming a Special Team consisting of 5 people and preparing Infrastructure to support digitization in MAN Sampang. Second: Utilization of digitization at MAN Sampang, which combines technology with telecommunications as a marketing strategy for educational services at MAN Sampang, by using the Website and Social Media features (Facebook, Instagram and Youtube) which contain profiles and activities carried out by MAN Sampang. Third: the supporting factors that make the process of implementing digitalization at MAN Sampang, namely the availability of Infrastructure and Human Resources. The inhibiting factors are the lack of maintenance costs, lack of understanding related to digital, and the lack of infrastructure. As for overcoming the shortcomings, MAN Sampang conducts training to increase knowledge about digitization and also makes gradual efforts in procuring digitalization products
