Abstract

Talks about office management in the world of education, especially in the world of Islamic boarding schools, seem still taboo, the existence of offices for Islamic educational institutions has not been considered an important thing that also supports the success of learning. For some pesantren who understand this, administrative management related to all kinds of pesantren operations will be managed in such a way as to increase productivity in the pesantren. The media used, the concepts implemented, and even the interior design of the office are not spared from office management for the sake of and to encourage the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of human resources who run the office. The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of the concept of a minimalist office in an office in an Islamic boarding school. The method used is a descriptive method by analyzing the minimalist lifestyle in the modern era which is full of technological advances and prioritizes functionality in its use.
