Abstract

The problem of this research is to explain the importance of rules of conduct that regulate students to be disciplined in anticipating things that have the potential to damage the existing environmental order. In addition, the behavior of students who do not comply with school rules causes an educational system that is designed to not run properly and indirectly it is also difficult for students to behave according to their awareness. In the process of education, the student management is very much needed so that the teaching and learning process can run in an orderly and smooth manner. Likewise, the discipline that occurred at MTs Manba'ul Huda needs to be followed up because there are still students who take actions that are not in accordance with school rules and regulations. Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims (1) to find out the student management in minimizing student indiscipline at MTs Manba'ul Huda (2) to find out the form of student indiscipline at MTs Manba'ul Huda. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach to the data that has been collected through interviews and observation methods. Triangulation of data by comparing data from different instruments and observers.

From the results of the study it can be interpreted that student management in minimizing indiscipline at MTs Manba'ul Huda 1) Planning Activities to Improve Discipline 2) Implementation of Activities in Improving Discipline 3) Supervision of Activities in Improving Discipline (2) cooperates with deputy heads and other teachers with the hope that students experience a change in behavior. Forms of indiscipline in minimizing indiscipline at MTs Manba'ul Huda include being late to school, sleeping in class, not wearing attributes, properly, carrying a motorcycle, smoking, and personality.
