In fact, education requires the latest innovations to build higher education in accordance with current conditions. Strategy formulation is the first step to make this happen. This article discusses the steps and all matters related to strategy formulation using a phenomenological approach and a type of qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation studies. This research was conducted at the Kediri State Islamic Institute. The formulation of the strategy carried out by the IAIN Kediri studied began with formulating the vision and mission of the institution by conducting an analysis of the internal and external environment, formulating the goals and targets of the institution and formulating the organizational strategy of the institution..

Pesantren are traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia which have an important role in shaping the character and religious understanding of their santri. However, there are still significant differences in the quality of facilities and infrastructure between one pesantren and another. Therefore, it is important to look at the standardization of facilities and infrastructure in pesantren in order to improve the quality of Islamic education for santri. The facilities and infrastructure needed to facilitate activities in the pesantren. Mosques, dormitories and study rooms are important places in the context of religious and spiritual education in Islamic boarding schools. This research was conducted to answer how the existing facilities and infrastructure in pesantren. To answer this, a literature review was carried out on related references. This article finds that the facilities and infrastructure in Islamic boarding schools are very diverse. In general, facilities and infrastructure at Islamic boarding schools include dormitories, places of worship, learning buildings, and simple bathing areas

Integrated quality management in educational institutions as an effort to implement the law. No. 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards. This is a form of improving the quality of education that plays a positive role in national development. Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) aims to continuously and continuously improve education customer satisfaction at a real cost. The objectives of this research study are: 1. To describe the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Full Day Junior High Schools and 2. To describe strategies for improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques include: 1. Interviews with informants from the Principal, Students, Student Guardians and Steakholders. 2. Observation and 3. Documentation. Data analysis uses interaction analysis of 3 models of Miles and Hubberman: 1. Data reduction, 2. Data presentation 3. Conclusions. The results of this study: 1. Implementation of TQM at Sunan Ampel Full Day Middle School: a. Low cost and policy of providing scholarships to the underprivileged, achievers and orphans. b. Higher income through optimizing public relations through picking up and dropping off students from school which has an impact on increasing the number of students. c. Customer satisfaction by having comfortable classrooms for learning supports the development of student competencies in soft skills and hard skills. d. Employee empowerment by participating in training, continuing further studies, and prioritizing alumni to become teachers and employees. 2. Strategy for Increasing the Quality of Educators at Sunan Ampel Banyuwangi Full Day Junior High School: a. Determine policies in the form of rules, norms, or values that must be carried out by educators, b. Motivating educators and education staff, c. Organizing human resources. d. Culture supports strategy.

Article aims to analyze the efforts in developing the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Blitar by using a review of the educational quality concept from the perspective of Philip B. Crosby. The research objective is to understand Crosby's concept of educational quality and apply it in the context of the madrasah, as well as to explain the research method used in this study. The research method employed in this article is literature review and conceptual analysis. Data were collected through a review of Philip B. Crosby's works related to educational quality. Crosby's quality concepts, such as "zero defects" and "quality is free," were applied in the analysis of educational quality in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Blitar. The results of the study indicate that Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Blitar has implemented several efforts in developing the quality of education in line with Crosby's concept of educational quality. These efforts include identifying the needs and expectations of students, measuring educational quality, preventing errors in the learning process, and implementing strict supervision and assessment. In conclusion, the application of Crosby's concept of educational quality can help Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Blitar in improving the quality of education. By applying the principles of "zero defects" and "quality is free," the madrasah can identify and address errors and enhance the quality of the learning process. Therefore, it is recommended for the madrasah to continue developing strategies and implementing relevant educational quality concepts to achieve better educational quality.

The problem of this research is to explain the importance of rules of conduct that regulate students to be disciplined in anticipating things that have the potential to damage the existing environmental order. In addition, the behavior of students who do not comply with school rules causes an educational system that is designed to not run properly and indirectly it is also difficult for students to behave according to their awareness. In the process of education, the student management is very much needed so that the teaching and learning process can run in an orderly and smooth manner. Likewise, the discipline that occurred at MTs Manba'ul Huda needs to be followed up because there are still students who take actions that are not in accordance with school rules and regulations. Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims (1) to find out the student management in minimizing student indiscipline at MTs Manba'ul Huda (2) to find out the form of student indiscipline at MTs Manba'ul Huda. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach to the data that has been collected through interviews and observation methods. Triangulation of data by comparing data from different instruments and observers.

From the results of the study it can be interpreted that student management in minimizing indiscipline at MTs Manba'ul Huda 1) Planning Activities to Improve Discipline 2) Implementation of Activities in Improving Discipline 3) Supervision of Activities in Improving Discipline (2) cooperates with deputy heads and other teachers with the hope that students experience a change in behavior. Forms of indiscipline in minimizing indiscipline at MTs Manba'ul Huda include being late to school, sleeping in class, not wearing attributes, properly, carrying a motorcycle, smoking, and personality.

Problems with university collaboration with business and the market in 2023, there are several possible problems that may arise in the future related to this collaboration, which could come from a lack of business involvement in the higher education curriculum development process. Universities are expected to produce graduates who have skills relevant to the world of work. However, if business is not involved in the development process in the curriculum development process, then it could be that college graduates do not have the skills required by the job market. there is no match between graduate skills and business needs Even though business is involved in the curriculum development process, if there is no good communication between universities and business, then graduates may not have skills that match business needs. The method used to conduct this research uses library research, while collecting data through related references, both offline and online. The data obtained is then processed to be more complete and up to date. Data analysis uses analysis through various related literature. The results of this study indicate that collaboration between lecturers and students is needed for the advancement of educational institutions and the quality of graduates from tertiary institutions so that they can provide benefits for all parties, such as advances in innovation, human resource development, and increased competitiveness. There are several business collaboration techniques between lecturers and students, including: Joint research projects. apprenticeship programme. Project cooperation and exchange of ideas. Facilities that need to be prepared by universities to support innovation include: creative space, research laboratories, and innovation centers.

This article discusses Madrasah Digitization as a Marketing Strategy for Educational Services at the State Madrasah Aliyah TMI Al-Amien Prenduen Sumenep Madura .

This article draws the conclusion that 1) the implementation of the curriculum begins with a process of socialization and is followed by an implementation process in which in this case the teacher is an implementer and is always given guidance and supervision through the KGBE in order to improve teacher competence. 2) Factors that can hinder the implementation of the curriculum at MA TMI Al-Amien Prenduan a) Factors of students arriving late to enter class b) Factors of teacher inactivity in teaching. 3) The factors that can support the implementation of the curriculum at MA TMI Al-Amien Prenduen Sumenep Madura are active in carrying out their duties and c) cooperate with each other in creating a good, effective and efficient learning atmosphere. Education management implements management principles in managing educational practices to be effective and efficient so that organizations in education produce quality output.

Education is said to be of quality is an education that can produce graduates who have potential and competence. Both academic competencies or special competencies, which are based on personal and social competencies, which are collectively referred to as life skills. This research discusses how the branding image of early childhood education institutions in facing global competition. Along with the times, the tighter competition between educational institutions, educational institutions are required to have competitiveness so that they remain in demand by the community. The Central Bureau of Statistics has issued the 2023 Indonesia Statistics Report which among other things records the number of schools in Indonesia. Based on The Central Bureau of Statistics data, there are 399,376 school units in Indonesia in the 2022/2023 school year. Competition in the world of education has become unstoppable, many educational institutions have been abandoned by their customers, so in recent years there have been many mergers in several educational institutions. One of the things that must be considered by schools is school branding, which is an effort made by schools so that their schools are known, remembered and appreciated by the community. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods with purposive techniques. To analyze the data, researchers used qualitative data analysis interactive models of Matthew B. Milles A. Huberman and Johnny Saldana's thinking, namely data condentation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study show that school branding is very necessary in creating a positive image of educational institutions, so that a sense of empathy and awareness of the existence of these educational institutions arises. Things that can be done in branding schools include improving teacher competence, participating in various events and competitions, and taking part in community activities.
