Crosby. The research objective is to understand Crosby's concept of educational quality and apply it in the context of the madrasah, as well as to explain the research method used in this study. The research method employed in this article is literature review and conceptual analysis. Data were collected through a review of Philip B. Crosby's works related to educational quality. Crosby's quality concepts, such as "zero defects" and "quality is free," were applied in the analysis of educational quality in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Blitar. The results of the study indicate that Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Blitar has implemented several efforts in developing the quality of education in line with Crosby's concept of educational quality. These efforts include identifying the needs and expectations of students, measuring educational quality, preventing errors in the learning process, and implementing strict supervision and assessment. In conclusion, the application of Crosby's concept of educational quality can help Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Blitar in improving the quality of education. By applying the principles of "zero defects" and "quality is free," the madrasah can identify and address errors and enhance the quality of the learning process. In the process of education, the student management is very much needed so that the teaching and learning process can run in an orderly and smooth manner. Likewise, the discipline that occurred at MTs Manba'ul Huda needs to be followed up because there are still students who take actions that are not in accordance with school rules and regulations. Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims (1) to find out the student management in minimizing student indiscipline at MTs Manba'ul Huda (2) to find out the form of student indiscipline at MTs Manba'ul Huda. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach to the data that has been collected through interviews and observation methods. Along with the times, the tighter competition between educational institutions, educational institutions are required to have competitiveness so that they remain in demand by the community. The Central Bureau of Statistics has issued the 2023 Indonesia Statistics Report which among other things records the number of schools in Indonesia. Based on The Central Bureau of Statistics data, there are 399,376 school units in Indonesia in the 2022/2023 school year. Competition in the world of education has become unstoppable, many educational institutions have been abandoned by their customers, so in recent years there have been many mergers in several educational institutions. One of the things that must be considered by schools is school branding, which is an effort made by schools so that their schools are known, remembered and appreciated by the community. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods with purposive techniques. To analyze the data, researchers used qualitative data analysis interactive models of Matthew B. Milles A. Huberman and Johnny Saldana's thinking, namely data condentation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study show that school branding is very necessary in creating a positive image of educational institutions, so that a sense of empathy and awareness of the existence of these educational institutions arises.
