IJEMA: Indonesian Journal Of Educational Management and Administration is a journal of the Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah Science, Islamic Education Management Study Program, STAI At-Taqwa Bondowoso, published periodically every six months (semester), as a means of communication for academics in the fields of management, educational organization and Islamic education leadership. The editors invite experts and academics to contribute manuscripts, either in the form of research results, in-depth studies, in accordance with the discipline of Islamic Education Management.
