Abstract

Human Resources is a very valuable investment for an organization that needs to be maintained. Each organization must prepare a program that contains activities that can improve the ability and professionalism of Human Resources so that the organization can survive and develop in accordance with the organizational environment. To achieve maximum productivity, organizations must ensure that the right workforce is chosen with the work and conditions that enable them to work optimally. Human resources is one of the most important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. Human resources are also the key that determines the development of the company. In essence, human resources are people who are employed in an organization as a driver to achieve the goals of the organization. So to achieve these objectives there needs to be good management. In this paper we present a discussion of human resource management in an Islamic perspective that includes the understanding of human resource management, the purpose of human resources and the scope of human resource management accompanied by references sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith
