Abstract
The existence of a tofu factory in Tarum Village, Prajekan Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency certainly has positive and negative sides to the community. The positive impact is that some people by working in the factory can help their economy, but on the other hand the impact of making tofu creates waste that can pollute the environment. From this problem, researchers took the initiative to assist in the use of waste in culinary products. ABCD-based service (Asset-Based Community Development) is an approach to developing community potential. Through research on one of the tofu industries in Tarum Village, an idea emerged to increase the creativity and economy of the local community. The innovations created are in the form of making Okara Nugget "Ka-Ka-En" and Okara Chips". The method used is the delivery of the material and the practice of how to make it. The results of this program resulted in a positive response from the community especially from the village government because this program was able to improve the knowledge and skills of the Tarum Village community in processing the use of tofu waste so that the community's economy could be helped well.
