Abstract

Integrated quality management in educational institutions as an effort to implement the law. No. 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards. This is a form of improving the quality of education that plays a positive role in national development. Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) aims to continuously and continuously improve education customer satisfaction at a real cost. The objectives of this research study are: 1. To describe the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Full Day Junior High Schools and 2. To describe strategies for improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques include: 1. Interviews with informants from the Principal, Students, Student Guardians and Steakholders. 2. Observation and 3. Documentation. Data analysis uses interaction analysis of 3 models of Miles and Hubberman: 1. Data reduction, 2. Data presentation 3. Conclusions. The results of this study: 1. Implementation of TQM at Sunan Ampel Full Day Middle School: a. Low cost and policy of providing scholarships to the underprivileged, achievers and orphans. b. Higher income through optimizing public relations through picking up and dropping off students from school which has an impact on increasing the number of students. c. Customer satisfaction by having comfortable classrooms for learning supports the development of student competencies in soft skills and hard skills. d. Employee empowerment by participating in training, continuing further studies, and prioritizing alumni to become teachers and employees. 2. Strategy for Increasing the Quality of Educators at Sunan Ampel Banyuwangi Full Day Junior High School: a. Determine policies in the form of rules, norms, or values ​​that must be carried out by educators, b. Motivating educators and education staff, c. Organizing human resources. d. Culture supports strategy.
